Freight technology provider Loadsmart announced June 20 that it had launched its artificial intelligence tool, CoPilot, in its freight management platform ShipperGuide, enabling the company to provide customers with real-time data analysis and shipping industry insights.

The new tool acts like “an intelligent chatbot,” the company said in a statement, allowing shippers to quickly generate data reports and visualizations — including interactive maps and charts — by simply asking the freight management program a question. As Loadsmart puts it, the feature enables shippers to interact with the ShipperGuide platform “as if they were talking to colleagues.”
